ITP Review

ITP Provides Excellent VoIP Service With No Long-Term Contracts

Out of all the major VoIP providers we have reviewed, ITP is our number one choice. ITP's service offers reliable and clear call quality and an excellent customer service team. Their call quality is indistinguishable from traditional analog phone service, and they have worked hard to establish an excellent technical infrastructure and grow a stable company that will be around to serve your phone needs for years to come.

The biggest difference between ITP and our other top-rated VoIP providers is that ITP offers their standard $199/year unlimited VoIP plan without forcing you to prepay. This not only allows you to cancel at any time without fees, but also lets you enjoy the same great yearly rate that many other VoIP providers offer without tying up your money for the entire year. Their offer is a "year" of service for the monthly price of $19.99/mo, with two months free, coming out to a total of $199.90 for the whole year.

ITP also providers many premium accessories, such as a virtual fax line and a calling card you can use to get the same low rates while on the road. Their international rates are some of the lowest in the industry, as is their international calling plan - only $24.99/mo for unlimited calling to the U.S. and over 60 other countries. This plan makes ITP the best choice for international callers. If you frequently call internationally, you can also get an international virtual number.

ITP offers the full range of "premium" features available through traditional phone providers at no additional cost. Voicemail, Caller ID with Name, Call Forwarding, Speed Dial, 3-Way Calling, Call Blocking, Anonymous Call Rejection and other traditional services are included free. In addition, ITP offers advanced features such as Find Me Follow Me (rings your home number first, then your work, cell, etc in the order you specify), Voicemail sent to email or as a text message to your cell phone, Click2Call (place a call right from Outlook using your computer), and On-Hold Music. If the internet goes down, your power goes out, or your phone is busy, you can have all calls automatically forwarded to another number. You can transfer your existing number to ITP without any interruption of service - they do all the work and you won't have to lift a finger. You can also assign yourself a new phone number in any area code or even internationally so that your friends or family can call you without incurring long-distance charges. The possibilities are endless.

ITP's equipment is the best in the industry - they provide all new users with a free high-quality Linksys adaptor worth $70. The ease of setup allows you to make the switch on your own with no costly installation fees or need for service technicians. Customer service is available 24/7 if you have any issues. With its unmatched pricing, rock-solid reliability, top-of-the-line quality, and no-strings-attached approach to billing, ITP is the best VoIP offer on the market. If you're thinking about switching to VoIP, try ITP today.

ITP Review:

I have had ITP's service since Sunrocket went out of business. The customer service is outstanding (if you work nightshift cause they are only open till 9-5pm.), but the actual service is great. I have not one problem since being with them.

ITP Review:

I must admit that I am truly satisfied with this product and service. It DOES deliver what they promise. I love the all the features (bells and whistles) that comes with the price. Specially the feature that if there is no internet connection or power outage; that you can have it automatically forward your calls to your cell phone or other phone. The calls are very clear just as a regular LAN line. My overall experience with this product is more then satisfying. I highly recommend it. I must admit that it was such a great pleasure to FIRE MY OLD PHONE COMPANY and switch to ITP.

ITP Review:

Had a few requirements before switching from AT&T CallVantage. Outbound caller id name delivery, Fax not e-Fax capability that works, Anonymous call rejection, phone number portability. Most voip providers do not support fax, some providers did not offer anonymous call rejection or outbound caller id name. Not only did ITPVoip meets all my requirements, there customer service was knowledgeable with hold times under 5 mins. I have recommended ths service to friends who have been pleased with the voice quality and attention to customer service. Installation was also a snap, the TA activated itself within 2 mins and had a dial tone. You will have to logon to your account to enable caller id and others features as they are all off by default. I see ITP becoming a leader in the voip wars.

I searched and found ITP and figured I'd give them a try. AM I GLAD I DID! The sound quality is outstanding and NO DEAD/DROPPED CALLS at all make this service NUMBER ONE in my book. They keep improving on their web site and the features they offer just keep getting better and better. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ITP! FYI....FYI.... I had (and got stuck with) VoIP.com for a year when SunRocket went belly up. They are one service that should not be in business! Read the reviews and judge for yourself.

ITP Review:

This is my 3rd VoIP line. The first company stopped service in my area. The second company had terrible CS and I think they are now out of business. ITP has given me everything I could ask for and then some. The CS reps have been polite (the 2 times I had to call in which had nothing to do with service just questions I had) I have had ITP now for over a year and I dont plan on changing!!

I've been using ITP for almost a year and I can't be happier. Company has crystal clear voice quality and the price is great. A few of my friends followed me and switched to ITP as well. I recently signed up for the Softphone for when I travel and it works like a charm too. Definitely a Best Buy.

ITP Review:

I switched from Vonage due to changing their price on the 500 min package. You cant beat ITP's 500 min price. Sound quality is better than Vonage, which was very good for me. I had to pay $40 to cancel Vonage (within 2yrs), but worth it in the long run.

ITP Review:

ITP is great. I first had Sunrocket which was great when they were still in business. I had to make a quick switch to another provider and at that time VOIP.com was fine but earlier this year VOIP.com phone service seemed to go downhill since I had to power cycle my Linksys VOIP device every week due to some system reset from VOIP.com and my international calls to China were not going through often. Thus, I figured VOIP.com was going out of business soon just like Sunrocket did. Thus, I changed to ITP based on reviews on this internet VOIP review site. Thank goodness too. If ITP continues this great service for more than a year, I'll consider them to be in the same class of uptime service as my ATT landline. Yeah for ITP. Please keep up the good work!!!

ITP Review:

We own a business that relied on technology and VOIP service for a long time. After trying several different companies, we landed on ITP and we are very happy. The voice quality and reliability are solid. Customer service is accommodating and on point. Their pricing is also very reasonable and they offer me a lot of features like voicemail notification (stutter tone on the phone) and also through email notification - which is great! They are based in NYC so I can talk to someone who speaks English. Overall ITP is a strong VOIP phone service that has excellent voice quality and meets all our needs. Hope this helps others who might be looking for VOIP alternatives for their business.
