QTTalk Review:

I have been using their services for 3 years now and definitely am not planning any changes.I am from Europe and we travel abroad a lot. Also I can use the service from any phone-no matter where I am.Only once we had a small glitch when we were in Milan-but we called and their support(being very friendly and peofessional)fixed it in 1 minute.Great service, great price-saves me more than 80% of the bill I used to pay!Needless to say,the whole neighbourhood is hooked up already. That is what I can share about qttalk.Keep doing what you have been doing! Thanks.

QTTalk Review:

I became a Vonage VoIP customer last year and have been a great fan of VoIP when compared to regular expensive phone service. I can confidently say that QT Talk has been far better than Vonage and words can't describe how much better than my Comcast phone service. Setting the service up was easy and what I get for the amount of money I spend is phenomenal. The quality of calls are great and the adapter they give is much better than the one I used with Vonage. The adapter from QT Talk is a Linksys compared to Vonage's cheap no-brand model. Like many companies I'm sure QT Talk isn't perfect but from what I've seen so far they are very close. I received the adapter in about 2 days and chose the ground shipping option. All I had to do was plug the adapter into my router and the service worked. It wasn't like Vonage where I had to call and speak to their support team for about 30 minutes just to setup.

QTTalk Review:

I have a close friend who is using Vonage for their VoIP service and I figured it would be a good idea to try VoIP phone service for my home as well. Based on my research I decided to choose qt talk and it was a great move. Getting started was easy and they shipped my adapter to me in 2 days and I chose ground shipping when I signed up. I do make international calls and from what it looks like they have low international rates. The noise quality on each call is good, I can't tell the difference between VoIP and my old land line. I do know that what I am paying in terms of service to qt talk is what Verizon would charge me in monthly taxes.

QTTalk Review:

Since taking QTTalk's service, the only thing they have done efficiently is billing my credit card. It took weeks to get the service working originally with any reliability. Not all features work to this day, some 8 months later. Their directions for use of special features were non existent. I purcahsed their Domestin Unlimited Plan only to learn they do not mean Umlimited, they really mean 1500 minutes. While that normally does not pose any issues, I believe their description and advertisement are misleading. Their voice quality is marginal, useable but frequent crackles and noises. Their system has frequent outages, usually only for a few minutes, but I have no confidence in their service. It it were not for my cell phone, I would be without phone service frequently.

QTTalk Review:

I signed up with QT talk several months ago and gave up my local lines to save money. My problems started from the first day as I constantly struggled with echo and sound quality. Many calls to their customer service did not help and they did not seem to have any answers or care. I would not recommend them.

QTTalk Review:

My experience with QTTalk's phone service has been great. I switched to VoIP phone service from my regular standard phone system and I love the deal so far. The price is great and the setup was simple. I'm not the most technical person so I generally try to stay away from anything related to technology but everything with QTTalk has been better than expected. Support was very friendly in helping me get setup and the call sound quality is as good, if not better than my regular land line.

QTTalk Review:

Sunrocket was my first experience with VoIP and the service they offered was terrific. For some reason they went out of business and therefore I had to find a new provider. During the period after sunrocket, I went with Time Warner but couldn't take using them anymore. I'm sick of the phone companies and will never go back, unless I have no choice. I came across QTTalk and their offer looked good so I have them a shot. I have been pleased with their control panel interface and the easiness of setup. They have been nice to me and I will continue using their service.
